Data Processing Agreement

1. Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) specifies the data protection requirements for the processing of personal data by Jasgo Tech on behalf of our clients and testers.

2. Data Processing

Jasgo Tech processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Tester onboarding and verification (Aadhar card, voter ID, mobile number)
• Testing assignment and management
• Payment processing and rewards distribution
• Quality assurance and service improvement
• One-way voting system data processing

3. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

• Pseudonymization and encryption of personal data
• Ability to ensure ongoing confidentiality, integrity, and resilience
• Ability to restore availability following incidents
• Regular testing of security measures
• Secure storage of Aadhar and voter ID documents

4. Data Subject Rights

We assist our clients and testers in fulfilling their obligations to respond to data subject requests regarding their personal data.

5. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach, Jasgo Tech will notify affected clients and testers without undue delay after becoming aware of the breach.
